HI everybody,
I am looking to get my hands on a KMH speedo for my 64 ghia, so 150kmh is the right one ?.
i have a MPH one that works great & will be happy to part with once i score a KMH. So if any body out there needs a MPH one.
Being in Australia we use KMH on the roads here so it would be nice to get one.
I did just miss out on the NOS one on the samba, so i thought i would try here.
I would love to hear from somebody if they have one.
finnbarr@adam.com.au
cheers from Australia.
Finn

Tell us about your T34. Pics? How long have you owned it? What part of Australia are you from?

From the exterior pics you shared (thank you!) it's very difficult to know if it's a 1964 or 65. An interior pic would tell the story but the VIN # would clarify it beyond any doubt.
Speedo's for 1964 & 1965 are similar but there are some significant differences if you care about authenticity.
The 1964 speedo is a small-diameter, bronze-knob, amber-needle, 160kph/100mph speedo.
The early-1965 speedo is a small-diameter, bronze-knob, white-needle, 160kph/100mph speedo.
The late-1965 speedo is a large-diameter, bronze-knob, white-needle, 160kph/100mph speedo.
So share your VIN# and then we'll know exactly which speedo you should be looking for.
